Owner - Strength & Conditioning Coach

Ray is the owner of Zingler Strength & Conditioning, LLC and is recognized as a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, one of the industry's leading certifications endorsed by world renowned performance coaches Joe DeFranco of DeFranco's Gym and Jim Smith of Diesel Strength & Conditioning.  

Ray has been serving the North Metro Atlanta area since 2009. His blue collar, nothing fancy, just consistency and hard work approach to research based training has allowed him to serve his wide range of clientele. From middle school, high school, and college athletes to business professionals, military personnel, and busy moms, Ray has the experience to design training programs specific to each individual's needs. Ray has also worked with Physical Therapists to provide safe rehabilitation training programs for athletes returning from injuries, as well as Occupational Therapists for special needs clients.

Ray was born in Spartanburg, SC and was raised in Marietta, GA. He attended Lassiter High School where he was a 4 year football letterman and Kennesaw State University where he studied Exercise Science. He currently resides in Woodstock, GA and operates Zingler Strength & Conditioning in Marietta.
