We are selling life changing growth within a culture rich environment.
“Zingler Strength is a Performance Training Company.
But we aren’t selling sprints & squats.
We’re selling a growth oriented experience in which we leverage value from the lessons provided within a culture rich environment, where sprints & squats are performed.
Big picture >.”
Ray Zingler on X
It’s the message I try to convey to others the most, but is understandably understood the least by outsiders looking in.
Some might see it as a solid strength & conditioning program for youth athletes in my community (which I appreciate and can affirm that it is.)
And then others might see it as an “expensive gym membership that costs more than the globo gym down the road.”
There is most definitely hope in conveying the message, objectives, and mission of the company to the former group, but the ladder.. not so much.
And it’s not that the ladder group are a bad group of people, not at all. It’s just that the disconnect from what it is we actually do is so large that the time spent trying to change their mind becomes misused time that could be better spent connecting with people who are looking to better understand and leverage the value we provide.
This is important for us as a company to understand so that we can solidify our focus and steady our aim on the right demographic of people.
I know for sure that the costs associated with our program when viewing it STRICTLY from a training perspective more than justify the investment as the returns are more than favorable.
But I’ll never not overdeliver.
I’ll never be content with the status quo.
I refuse to play the same game as ‘everybody else’ in the training world.
Training, while damn good at Zingler Strength is really only something that we do within our walls (and outside of them).
What we’re actually doing is encouraging, facilitating, and forging life changing growth in a culture rich environment where the ultra-high quality training takes place.
It’s not the squats.
It’s not the set and rep schemes.
It’s the conversations.
The leadership.
The mentorship.
The improved confidence.
The deeper belief in oneself.
It’s helping them find those smiles that they may not have worn in a long time.
And that value? Well, there is no way to put a dollar figure on that value.
I recognize most won’t get it and I’ve learned that’s the point.
The right ones will and do, though.
Thank you for the unwavering support of our mission at Zingler Strength.
Happy Thanksgiving!
