Winners Take Responsbility. Losers Blame.

This one mindset shift will elevate you unlike anything else.

This one mindset shift will elevate you unlike anything else.

“The single most effective way to elevate yourself to the next level is to learn the skill of taking total responsibility for everything that happens to you.

Losers play the blame game & stay stuck.

Winners, even if not at fault, take responsibility & keep moving forward.”

-Ray Zingler on X

“Don’t be a blame guy. That’s the first sign of loser mentality when you blame someone else for a mistake.”

-Kirby Smart

So many people defer to blaming for no other reason than they want the appearance of being right.

But you’ll learn that nobody gives a sh*t about who is right.

People only care about accomplished objectives.

Are you focused on “being right”?

Or are you focused on making a difference?

There are a lot of immature bottom feeders out there, who might be right, but there are only a select few who are making a difference?

Why?

Because losers are always looking to place blame, to shield themselves from social or emotional discomfort, while winners don’t care about that.

Winners know that friction is associated with winning, so instead of playing the he/she did it game, they just wear it.

They just take responsibility for everything whether it be good, bad, or indifferent.

And learning (and applying) the skill of taking responsibility for everything that happens to you is a skill that will elevate you more than any other.

And the coolest part about it is that it’s so easy to do.

You don’t need a degree.

You don’t need to be born on a certain side of the railroad tracks.

You don’t even have to have skills.

You just must have a willingness to minimize your ego and pride and accept.

Accept responsibility.

“The quarterback threw an interception; it was his fault!”

No. “It’s a team game. WE threw a pick, let’s get it back.”

“My co-worker didn’t print the documents on time.”

No. “I didn’t follow up with my co-worker to ensure the objectives were accomplished in a timely fashion, we failed.”

Admittedly, it can be a hard thing to learn and apply at first, but once you get it down, it becomes a weapon in your life.

The little shit that bends most people in half begins not to phase you at all.

You shift from, again, “trying to be right” (loser) to staying on the continually rolling success train (winner).

And the best part of all of this?

You can start today.

Practice taking responsibility for everything.

It pays back like nothing else in the world.
