Youth mentorship from a mentor acutely focused on the global, long term development of our kid’s isn’t a game changer. It’s a life changer.
“You want to give your kid a real gift this year?
Gift them the gift of year-round discipline with a real performance specialist who will not only aid in the enhancement of their athletic qualities, but more importantly, develop qualities that will enhance their value as humans.”

I had a great childhood growing up. I’m not going to sit here and tell you I had it rough, I didn’t. But I will tell you this.
I was a very competitive, immature, often angry kid who wasn’t very smart or talented and had I been left to my own vices, I probably (definitely) wouldn’t be where I am today.
I credit my parents for not only their guidance and direction, but also for their strategic placement of mentors, coaches, and leaders in my life.
Without a few key tools that were strategically added to my tool box (that at the time, I had no idea I needed) my problems would have very likely been magnified.
I didn’t get here on my own. I’m not “self-made”. I am who I am today and who I am growing into tomorrow because of the select few who poured, and continue to pour into me.
I became so obsessed with the concept of mentorship because of how massive a role it played in my life. I’ve committed my life to mentoring our youth.
I want to be for others who I had for me.
And while most may assume “I’m just a strength coach” or a “business owner” I assure you those are just vehicles.
Hell yeah I want to mentor and facilitate growth in my athletes physically, that is the primary objective of my job.
But is that where the bus stops? Do I just help them run faster, lift more, and jump higher? And then call it quits.
No. The physical side is just the starting point.
I am focused on the global development of our kids and impacting them far beyond earning a starting position on the Varsity team.
I am fully cognizant that these are future husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, professionals, executives, & leaders.
Can I help influence the acquisition of positive traits that they can take with them when the jersey comes off?
I am strategically working every day of my life (Christmas, too) to do so.
You want to give them a real gift? Invest in people who are on fire to help them positively influence the trajectory of their life, today and tomorrow.
Merry Christmas!
