"Find A Way To Get Them A Win."

We will not rest at Zingler Strength until we get one for each kid, every day, who comes through our doors.

We will not rest at Zingler Strength until we get one for each kid, every day, who comes through our doors.

“‘Find a way to get them a win.”

That is a rule for our staff at Zingler Strength in regard to our kids.

They can be having the worst day in the world, but we are vehemently focused on find a way to get them a win.

And the cool thing about wins?

They compound like crazy.”

There are 5 things I do every single day that are non-negotiables for me.

1) Study the Bible.

2) Read a Wisdom journal.

3) Read Personal Development literature.

4) Write a minimum of 500 words.

5) Train.

I typically finish 1-4 finish by 8/9am and I’ve usually got 5 wrapped up by lunch.
They are 5 things I don’t have to do. Nobody is holding me accountable to doing them and only the absence of 1 of them (training) comes with potential penalty.

But I do them, each, every single day.

While I leverage a lot of value from these 5 non-negotiables:

1) Learning how to be more like Christ & less like me.

2) Learning timeless information from people far wiser than me.

3) Learning how to optimize my life as a husband, father, & business owner.

4) Tangibly expressing what’s on my mind and/or creative concepts/ideas.

5) Improving my health, well-being, and mental/physical capacity.

They most certainly aren’t the only reasons that I do them every day.

I do them daily (which takes close to 2 hours of my time every day) because they are ways I can quantify and solidify personal wins for myself.

Doing each of these things one time isn’t going to do anything for me.

Doing each of these things 20 times isn’t going to do anything for me, either.

But I’ve learned if I do these things, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times in a row without missing, I change.

I evolve into the more disciplined person I want to be.

I cast a vote for the “overcomer” I desire to be because as you could probably imagine, carving out 2 hours of time for myself, daily, while owning and operating multiple businesses, fathering 3 children 5 and under, and traveling a good bit, it’s not always easy. But I do it because of the value.

And I’ve applied these same principles to the students at our gym.

I don’t care what their day is like, what their family situation is like, how good or bad they have or don’t have it..

We will not rest until we get those kids a win, regardless of the capacity it comes in.

Repetitive small wins compound like nothing else.
