The right people already know what they do and are buying why they do it.
“I’m not selling workouts.
You can get those for free off the internet.
They likely won’t work, but you can find ‘em.
I’m selling the investment of myself into your life to enhance your life experience.
And you won’t find anybody who works harder for you.”

What is a Coach?
According to Webster:
When used as a noun, coach is defined as, a person who trains performers or athletes.
When used as a verb, a coach gives advice & instructions to (someone) regarding the course or process to be followed.
So, because the definitions of coach are very broad, it’s no secret why we have a wide range of coaches, ranging from abysmal to world class.
And if I want to drift more towards the world class end and not the laughable end, I better have my behavior reflect that.
This is why I don’t “sell workouts”.
I don’t simply prescribe “sets & reps” and then watch you perform them.
“The globo gym down the road is so much cheaper than Zingler gym (and many others like mine)!”
Yeah, no sh*t.
The other places, who don’t care a single iota about you whatsoever view you as a microscopic cog of a number in their logistics to better predict their profitability (often lack thereof) as they merely rent you access to the metal, they lease from investors thousands of miles away.
Their employees aren’t willingly on the phone with you at 10:30pm on a Saturday night helping you put out a fire in your life, nor are they at your kid’s ballgames either.
It’s not the same game.
And for what it’s worth, as a small business owner injecting resources into my local community on an increasing larger annual scale, I have not raised my student prices one time in the last decade, eating every ounce of inflation and increased expense, to keep myself available to serve everybody from the working class and beyond. I also work more unpaid hours than I do paid hours.
So, for those people who say, “outside trainers only want your money”, you don’t know what you don’t know.
When you invest in a coach, you not only gain access to counsel in their area of expertise, you get the real value. You get THEM.
And when you invest in great coaches, you’re often investing in great people.
And when you invest in great people, you grow not only in “what they’re coaching you in” but everywhere else in your life.
Invest in a great coach today.
