It impacts every pillar of health, positively.
“You don’t have tome to train?
Training is arguably the most important construct that enhances every pillar of health from physical to emotional, while also increasing your time on earth with your loved ones.
And you don’t have time?
Really?
You should probably make time.”

If I believe in anything it’s the concept of not telling people what to do or how to live their lives.
“Believe this.”
“Vote this way.”
“I’m right, you’re wrong, here’s why (using their own perception of reality for their defense).
There are plenty of people out there who partake in these types of practice, and well, you can see how well that doesn’t work and that our world is consequently flipped upside down and inside out because of it.
But there are some absolutes in life that absolutely should be part of ones lifestyle if they want to attain the highest quality of life.
Training (exercising) like nourishing yourself and sleeping are non-negotiables if you’re looking to maximize your life.
This isn’t some political ploy to try to convince you to do things like me, hell for all intensive purposes I’d recommend not training like I do every day as you can make a lot of progress with far less time and energy invested.
But if you want a better life, you absolutely have to prioritize time for some resemblance of exercise.
A walk in the park, a resistance training session at the gym, or a hard day’s labor in the field, physical health is a pillar of health that directly impacts every facet of health, from mental, to emotional, to spiritual and if any one pillar is slacking, your health will pay for it.
It’s not my opinion, nor am I perfect, but it is fact. The reason I push training so hard on people is not because I care about it personally, but I care about it for mankind’s sake.
I know what it has done for the quality of my life and I want to give that to others.
And physical training is a “Big Rock” in the sense of, as mentioned before, its ability to compound and help you in other areas of health & life.
Training isn’t about big muscles or mile times, in all sincerity none of that stuff really matters at all.
When you get to the brass tacks, it’s about extending the quality of time you have with your loved ones.
Yes, it’s that serious.
If you care about people, you owe it to THEM to train.
Prioritize it.
